This stuff really works!!!! On Saturday, 2 days ago, I ran 6 miles and did a 25 minute crossfit Metcon. Being 4 months postpartum, my body is still working up to this kind of high volume. My calves, knees, and hip flexors were aching so bad and I wasn’t sure how my training today would go. I looked everywhere to find my CBD rub cause I know from a previous back injury, it works magic.
